DBX: Aston Martin's First SUV

The new Aston Martin DBX is the first SUV in the 106-year history of the British sports car brand. Their first SUV is a new kind of Aston Martin, one founded on the principles of beauty, luxury and driving dynamics & Built on brand-new architecture, DBX is designed to carry occupants in true Aston Martin style also Brimming with the latest technology to keep you safe. DBX is comfortable, sumptuously luxurious, and will thrill you from the moment you sit behind the wheel.

 

 

The powertrain and infotainment technology are borrowed from Mercedes-Benz. The DBX uses Mercedes-AMG's M177 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that has a power output of 542 hp and 700 N⋅m of torque. The DBX is capable of accelerating from 0–100 km/ in 4.5 seconds, and attaining a top speed of 292 km/h (181 mph). Prices start at $189,900 in the US and first deliveries are scheduled for spring 2020. The first 500 customers will get the 1913 Package, referencing the birth of Aston Martin and gaining unique badging, sill plaques and inspection by chief exec Palmer.
