Bugatti Centodieci: a $8.9 million homage to EB110 SS

Bugatti unveiled the limited edition Centodieci at Pebble Beach, California. The Centodieci (which is Italian for 110), It signifies 110 years of the brand and pays homage to one of the greatest hypercars of the 1990s – the Bugatti EB110 SS. The styling is also heavily inspired by the 90s hypercar. There are quite a few design highlights of the EB110 SS. The front end is low and flat and features slim, horizontal headlights. the fixed rear spoiler is another design feature that was seen on the EB110 SS.

The Centodieci is the most powerful Bugatti hypercar till date. It is powered by an 8.0-liter W16, fed by four turbochargers. Power has risen, though, jumping from 1478bhp to 1577bhp, and the weight is down by 20kg. 0-62mph takes 2.4 seconds, while 124mph from rest is dealt within 6.1 seconds. It takes just 13.1 seconds to crack 186mph, which is half a second brisker than the Chiron. The top speed is lower at an electronically-limited 236mph - the Chiron will hit 261mph. Only 10 units of the Bugatti Centodieci will be built and these are already sold out. like the $5.8 million Divo, or the one-off La Voiture Noire with its record-breaking $12.3 million, The price tag on one of these is an eye-watering $8.75 million & sits between them.
