Qeshm Island is located in the Persian Gulf, south of Iran. This island with an area of 300 square kilometers is 22 kilometers far from Bandar Abbas. The average temperature on the island is approximately 27 °C. The warmest months are June through August and the coldest from October to January.
Stars valley, Naz Island, Hengam Island, Hara Forest, Bandar Laft, Namakdan Cave, Chahkooh Pass, silver coast &... are the most spectacular places on the island of Qeshm.
The island comprises 59 towns and villages. The local population is involved in fishing, dhow construction, trade, and services.
